A sound bath is an immersion in sound, or to be more specific, waves of soothing, echoing sound vibrations. The reference the ‘bath’ is to simply convey the idea of bathing in sound. We have our very own version at The Yoga Barn as we add the extra special element of floating inside a silk hammock.
