Group Training
We will meet at the utterly beautiful studio space at The Yoga Lodge - Deighton Lodge for a full day of immersive training full of gorgeous magic.
I feel keeping the group to an intimate size is important with a blend of practical hands on learning, experience, self study, time for integration and continued support way after your initial training days together are complete.
Why choose 1:1?
If you feel training in person 1:1 would be more suited, this is how it would feel. We will meet in the tranquil and unique setting at The Treatment Space - Bielby for one full day of training.
The syllabus is exactly the same as group training whilst there’s opportunity for a concentrated more personalised learning style to suit each individual student.
