This work is for the women with loud, busy minds and tired, beautiful hearts — the ones always doing, always giving, with no time to just be. I know that pace because I lived it too.

That’s why I offer sound healing, Reiki sessions, cacao ceremonies and mentoring — to create a space where you can finally exhale, soften, and come home to yourself.

Based in York and the East Riding and available online, my sessions are designed to calm your nervous system, restore your energy, and reconnect you with the real you — the one beneath the to-do lists.
