1:1 Reiki Infused Soundbath Sessions
Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-intrusive, hands-on (or auric) healing technique, which uses universal energy to balance and align energy centers, stimulates self-healing abilities, and harmonises all aspects of the person - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
The purpose of Reiki is to clear away stagnant energy and re balance the natural flow throughout the body helping every level of us, physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual.
Sound healing is a holistic practice that utilises the therapeutic properties of sound to promote healing and well being. Various tools such as singing bowls, tuning forks and drums are used to produce frequencies that resonate with different parts of the body, energy centers and the mind. The vibrations produced by these sounds can helps to induce states of relaxation, reduce stress and balance energy flow.
